transmission stuck

so i was driving down the road shifting to third, and mine clutch pedal stuck about half way down, then since it was in neutral i was attempting to throw it in a gear and every gear was locked out and i couldnt get into any gear, whats going on? it was very weird, i finnally forced it into third and every thing was fine

Weird, I just answered the exact same thing above:

I had that problem as the master cylinder for the clutch was failing. That might not be your problem, but I'd definitely get it to a shop soon.
