    Angry Transmission Gear Grind

    My SS has a transmission and/or clutch problem...

    I cannot shift at high rpm from 1st. to 2nd. without grinding gears... The baby can be "granny" shifted with no problems. I've had it to the dealer twice -and- they claim there are no problems...

    Guess most the members are going to say that I don't know how to power shift. Well, I've got a 2004 Z06 that I can shift without grinding gears while the gas pedal is to the floor the entire time.

    I've had all of the hydraulics changed including the clutch, fly wheel, etc. So, I my opinion there is a problem with the transmission. I've got approximately two months left on my GM Warranty -and- I've got to convince GM there is a problem...

    Have any of you had the same problem?

    Make sure you take off the skip shift eliminator before having it back to the dealer.

    mine does the same thing. Also when i put it in first quickly it grinds...whats the problem
