Those of you with centerforce dual friction

I just had a centerforce dual friction clutch put in, and this thing chatters bad. It shifts fine, but taking off from a stop the whole car shakes really bad. Is this normal? Does it go away after so many miles?

I just installed a new Centerforce in my car, and it works great. I used the larger model for power adders (395010) and have very little chatter. No alot of chatter is not normal with the dual friction. It uses organic material and should be very smooth. Are you sure you didn't use the DFX model?

Start saving money for a new clutch guys... sorry to inform you but CenterForce = crap in our cars. expect up to 8000 miles or 6-9 months, especially if you like having fun in your car.

But I do sincerely wish you more luck than most everybody else has had with those clutches.
