    It appears to be. The spec sheet represents that it is for GM and Chrysler manual transmissions:

    •Meets GM Specification 9985648 and Chrysler Specification MS-9224
    •Suitable for use in GM manual transaxles and transmissions requiring GM Part No. 12345349 or 12345577

    Check your manual and see if it has a GM Part No. for the recommended fluid.
