    Slave Swap Question

From all my reading on here i learned that the 98 to 2000 have shitty hydrualics and i now know from experience cuz my slave is spewin out fluid like a damn fountain. My question is will a 01-02 slave cylinder fit directly in or is there modifications that need to be made?
