refuses to go back into gear.

hey guys, not sure if this is a clutch issue or something else but.. I just got my car a few weeks back and finally got my buddy to race me (07 GT with exhaust and CAI w/ 93 octane tune) we started from a 1st roll and I pulled on him pretty good up till 100 when we let off. That's where my problem came in, my shifter was stuck in neutral, if I tried to put it into any gear it felt like there was a wall blocking it. Finally I just shoved it into 5th and it went, shoved it into 4th etc etc. My clutch pedal also felt like it wasn't coming all the way back out. We pulled over to chat and cool off and my clutch and shifter was all back to normal. What would cause the shifter and clutch to act like that only after getting on it pretty rough? I can cruise around town and it drives just fine.

Clutch hydraulics. I bet your clutch fluid is dark and black. Start by flushing the clutch hydraulic fluid with DOT 4 brake fluid. Fresh clean fluid is a good place to start. Another improvement to make is the drill mod.
