Could have main bearing bad cousing the crank to move under power"Thrust bearing" or the seal hasn't been installed correctly. The lip on the seall can't be creades or bent the wrong way it will leak everytime. If you use the plastic ring that comes around the seal it will help to guide it on the crank correctly. Using teh install tool is the best but can be done without carefully. Make sure there is no trah in the grove before installing the new one ans all the oil is cleaned off.
