Rattle in Transmission?
I just upgraded my 2000 TA Ws6 with an upgraded clutch (RAM Powergrip) and flywheel (Fidanza aluminum lightweight with billet steel face), new slave cylinder (Also RAM) and a new adjustable master cylinder (RAM yet again). The car drives fine but when I have parked the car and I let the clutch pedal out I hear a rattle. When the pedal is depressed it sounds solid. Can someone help me out here? If it helps I'm 300 miles into the break in period on the clutch and flywheel.

Aftermarket clutches are not "tuned" like OEM parts. The springs at the center tend tobe stiffer and allow the clutch actuation to generate vibrations that excite the gears. This is called launch or burst rattle. You can help by being quicker with the apply/ don't feather the clutch as much .
