random noises....
heres a pickle for anyone to jump on....
at 2200 rpm in every gear, i hear a whining metal on metal noise, like a seized bearing. but its confused me to understand why it only happens at that rpm and its consistent...ie it doesnt go away or it doesnt get worse...
just forget about it and drown it out with the exhaust?
or be concerned about it and have my trans tech rip into it?

Multi colored- 89 coupe
Could be the clutch or it could be the exhaust rubbing somewhere on the body under a load .
