punching gas at low rpms prob?
Ive had my 02' m6 ss for about a year now and the only thing i dont like about the manuel is, say Im cruising in second gear and the rpms are below 2000, if i punch the gas i noticed the car hesitates before taking off. if feels almost like the car wants to be downshifted but the owners manuel tells you not to downshift to first unless u are goin 20 or below, does everyone have this problem or is this just a prob with my car.

what the owner's manual says??? I'm just kidding. If I need to get up fast enough, I downshift to 1st from 2nd all the time. I've never had a problem.

^Agreed^^ i always downshift to first w/o ne problems, u should always be over atleast 3k when punchin it kinda the sweet spot. Just be easy on the downshift dont just dump it, hard on rearend and tranny if it locks up a lil bit and then u look retarded too.
