Why in the hell can't I find reverse in the shifter? The part number matches for the t56 tranny but the shifter seems to run 1-6, with no reverse which makes me think i was sent the wrong part.... or is there some 'trick' to getting that shifter into reverse

have the car running and clutch in---try putting it in sixth, take it out and put it in neutral---thats what i havta do sometimes to get it in.

Do you have a short stick. When i had my ws6store ss and my pro 5.0 reverse was hard to get so i got a umi ss and that fixed the problem.
