I have had good luck with Spec clutches, but others have nothing good to say. Mine has great holding power and alot of pressure... Btw i have a Spec 3 and average mods, wouldn't think much over 400 ponies....

I have a combo of RAM parts for my clutch and pressure plate. Holds up great to my almost 400 RWHP, but I know it also holds up well in another car that cuts 1.5 60's. I use the car for my DD as well and it does have some chatter problems, but otherwise no issues at all.

Thanks for the info. I just ordered a RAM street dual disc with an aluminum flywheel, I also ordered the adjustable master, and upgraded GM slave, from the WS6 Store. I ordered ARP flywheel bolts, and Royal purple Synchomax MTF, for good measure. I'm going to replace the hydraulic fluid with Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid. Let you know how things turn out. pete

A few things you might want to do instead. Skip the aluminum flywheel especially if you are drag racing. I would also suggest not using Royal Purple, if you want the best go with something like Amsiol (ask Sarge he will be able to tell you what is the absolute best). I have Mobil 1 in mine right now (that is what I am assuming since Six Speeds rebuilt it). I would also watch out with DOT 5 I don't know the most about it, but I have read that it might not be the best for the long run.

MCleod, Ram, or Textrailia is all I'd consider.
