low clutch pedal

i just replaced my clutch and the pedal is still not all there sometimes. mostly in the mornings. the problem goes away after a few minutes, but im kinda anal about my car. i did bleed the clutch. what else could it be?

I have the same problem, but it still shifts fine. I replaced my clutch master cylnder and did the drill mod, no change. It has to be the slave, but I'll just wait until i need a clutch, since it stil shifts fine.
