    Lou's short stick

Is it the same as the factory Hurst shifter? I'm a newb to m6 transmissions, but not to the f-body. This website just confused me more.

I wanted to get Lou's Short Stick since my friend had it in his Firehawk and I liked it. Any input would be helpful.

Lous short stick is the shaft that attaches to the shifter. The shaft is shorter, but its not the real reason people buy aftermarket shifters. Its the actual base and its connection to the tranny that makes the stock shifter shitty.

Lous stick can be mounted to the stocker, but Id buy an aftermarket shifter and add the lous stick to THAT.
