Hurst Billet Plus Shifter or Pro 5.0
I am ready to order tomorrow The Hurst has a chrome lever which I think might look better but want the best for 2nd and 3rd issues.

I opted for and installed the Hurst Billet Plus Shifter. Installation was straight forward. The only casualty was one broken retainer clip on the stock boot. Nice crisp shifts and a positive feel. 3rd doesn't seem to be an issue. Has strong stick centering. I left the optional spring (for softer shift) installed. In short a much better rig than stock.
