    Grind

I press the clutch all of the way down, but the gears still grind. Is there any reason for this?

Does it do this at a stop?? How bad is the grind?? Can you get into gear at all??

Depending on the severity of the grinding and when it occurs, it could be either the clutch or the synchros in the transmission. If it grinds at a stop and you can't get it into gear, its probably the clutch slave cylinder not disengaging the clutch all the way. If it happens when you are driving and generally when you shift quickly, it may be the synchros.

Sometimes its bad sometimes it minor. It doesnt do it very often. It does it only when shifting into 3rd or 4th.

Then it sounds like its a synchro problem. If it was a clutch problem, the issue wouldn't be limited to certain gears. The synchros are probably wearing out on 3rd and 4th gears, typically it will grind if you shift faster than normal if it is in fact the synchros.
