Getting out of gear with no clutch
Got tired of searching so don't flame on using the search, anywho, as stated I am able to get out of gear without the clutch, obviously its an m6, 99 ta with 88k on the odo, no mods to the drivetrain, is this normal by any means (prolly a dumb question lol), if not any ideas on how to fix it? I believe I have a hydrualic issue as my fluid was a low and when I topped it off the pedal felt much better. Thanks in advance

You can get in or out of gear without the clutch. If your car is popping out of gear that's a problem.

Its not popping out (thank god), just really able to get out of gear at about 1500 rpm, but I use the clutch to get it back in gear, a little scared to try and get it in without the clutch, thanks

Technically a clutch is only needed to get the car moving from a dead stop, once you are rolling, you do not need to use the clutch at all, downshift, upshift, it is not need.
Use the clutch though, saves on transmission wear.

maybe a little more help for you to understand this. if you are cruising with no load, neither de-celerating or accelerating, the transmission can be pulled out of gear very easily. the trick to putting it back in, or upshifting without the clutch is to match engine rpm to road speed for whatever gear you're trying to put it into. same with downshifting.
