Clutches!!

i am in the market for a new clutch.....i have a 01trans with pat.heads and a cam...some spension work.........some people tell me the spec's are a good idea....witch one would be good for me and is there anyother that i am missing that are a little cheaper?

I'm planning on doing a LS7 clutch with an aluminum flywheel. I've hear they are just as good and cheaper.
