Clutch!! Stuck

I was normaly driving one day when i noticed my clutch pedal had a "shorter" push 2 it, then i stoped n noticed that it was stuck back , ?? now when i drive i have to push in the clutch pedal and then use the top of my food 2 push it out, also somtimes i get stuck in reverse and its very hard for my shifter 2 get out of it, so i have 2 turn off the car , im thinkin that this is my clutch goin out? or i donno my fluid is full??

sounds like the slave cylinder. gonna have to pull the tranny to get to it unless it's in a different location for the v6's. i suggest having a shop look at it, b/c i don't know where your resiviour is on it.

do you hear any metal grinding? if so you may have a broken a throwout bearing-a $10 part and $300 labor.

I have the same problem withmy 99 z28. I don't know about you but mine seems to be worse when t is cold out. on the warmer days it doesn't seem to sitck as bad. I have herd alot of guys with 4th gens with this problem. guess i have to get my slave cylinder looked at.
