dash out 2 bolts removed, clip off linkage.now how the hell do you get the master cylinder out from behind the brake booster and how do you disconnect the braided line to the slave.

Its below the brake booster. Don't worry about trying to see it because you can't. you'll have to do it all by feel. Also a second person is nice to have so they can hold the master in place while you start the nuts.

Are you saying you can't get the hose to reconnect to the slave? If there is pressure in the hose or slave, it won't slide back on easily. I read about this many times. I think the answer is to open the slave bleeder then try to push the hose on

nope just the whole assembely would not line up ,i finally just removed the booster and had plenty of room to get it in.i just cant believe what a hard time it gave me,the slave had to be cracked to releave the pressure to get the master cylinder hose on.next time i do a clutch master will be much easier as i will remove the brake booster to gain access.im just so happy its done.tomorrow im throwin in some 4.10,s and should be a pleasure compared to this job.

When I put the Tick Master Cyl in mine, I ended up dropping the steering column- real easy to do only a few bolts and it made getting the old one out real easy and putting the Tick in a breeze (which is a pain no matter how you look at it because it has a huge mounting plate!).

I had my niece help me put mine in, she had smaller hands. Also I drilled out the holes a little bigger to make it easier for the bolts to slide in.
