    clutch going out??

so i took my car out just the other day when it was nice and the roads were clear. i noticed that whenever i would take off real hard and shift into 2nd, my clutch would make a small grinding sound that i would feel through my clutch pedal. it wont do it all the time but just the fact that it's doing it even one time is too many times. my car has about 124xxx miles on it and i think it's the original clutch and everything. so could it be my clutch, throwout bearing or could it just be something simple like low on clutch fluid??

yeah, i went into my garage today and i noticed some fluid underneath the car and when i got down and looked at it, i noticed it was brake fluid which is also used for my clutch. so i'm going to take a peak at that.
