Bellhousing bolts/99 SS

Is there an easy way to get to the top bellhousing bolts on my 99 SS? I am doing a clutch/tranny swap.

First you should remove the bolts that hold the case to the bellhousing. Then removing the bellhousing from the back of the engine will be much easier. Hope this helps.

How many bolts are there from the tranny to bellhousing? I have gotten 6 off so far. Same with the bellhousing to engine bolts.

Case to bellhousing = 8 bolts The other 2 you haven't seen yet are probably towards the top and not that easy to get at.

Bellhousing to Engine = 6 bolts
