    Will A Yank 3300 Stall Cause Any Kind Of Engine Damage At All? Will It Melt A Piston? Help Thanks

    I've never heard of a stall convertor melting a piston.

    no engine damage, just get a big tranny cooler, and gears also help 3.73 at least

    How can a driveline component melt a piston?

    Psitons get melted because of one thing - to much heat. What causes that kind of heat? Detonation, too high cylinder pressure (leading to detonation) and the usual supporting gremlins like bad oil pressure etc.
