what shift kit is best?
i have a 3000 stall with a 4L60E... i'm looking for something that'll throw me back... any ideas?

if i were u i would look in to B&M's Trans pack Item #70365 and if u dont have a tune get one from Frost the tune will make your tranny shift harder/faster... the trans pack will give u a manual valve body allowing u to pick what gear u want to be in and OD will still work the same!!

ok if the PCM is tuned then u will not need a shift kit more than likely his tune will feel like there is a shift kit installed.... if u race it at all tho i would recommend the transpak.... but no tune is required for a shift kit.... try out the PCM first then decide from there on the shift kit but im personally going to do the transpak on my ride!!!

IMO BM shift kits are pure crap......get a trans go or have frost tune the tranny

the Transpak's BM makes work really well i got couple of friends running with them and they love the manual valve body idk about the shiftkit they sell but the transpak's have been good.... he got a pcm from frost so if he also got it tuned then im sure he will be good for now!!!!

iv heard nothing but good about him i will be testing out his tune at the end of the month iv already got the pcm tuned just need to get the car out of storage.... u can get it tuned at www.tunedbyfrost.com
