Looking for recommendations to get a stock transmission rebuilt or a replacement to handle 500-600 hp.

I recommend finding a reputable transmission shop that does performance rebuilds, I never dealt with a transmission company before.

Give us a call and we can discuss your needs, Most local shops are not versed well in the units and just installing a few performance parts is simply not enough.

    Sadly now demodded :(

What "desert" are you in? If around the Phoenix area I know of a very good local shop that specializes in transmissions. If interested PM me for details.

or performabuilt....i am currently leaning towards flt because a few friends recomended them to me that are running some high output setups with the flt and its holding up perfectly...with that being said i really like all the stuff performabuilt does with the planetary gears and removing restrictions in the fluid flow etc
