Stall
I have a TCI 3500 RPM stall conveter and yes, I did install a trans cooler. I notice at the track when I left foot brake the car after staging, I can only get up to 2000 RPM's and the car will try to start to move. Is this normal for a 3500 RPM stall converter? Is it my tune? I did have it dyno tuned. Is there something he missed?

No nothing wrong your comparing brake stall to converter stall. Conveters are rated stall wise based on a 1 to 1 gearing such as third gear and with the gearing of first its not likley your brakes could hold. Also depends alot on the condition of your brakes.
