shifting issues
My question is what controls the shifting in the A4 trans? Is it a something that can easily be replaced? I have the computer tuned and the shifting is supposed to be set, but it revs out sometimes before shifting, and it doesnt get any better if I manually shift it. How do I fix this problem?

Are you tuning it ? My 1-2 shift is set at 6000 rpm, but it still goes to almost 7000 rpm. I also leave mine in OD for the ECM to shift at the programmed shift points. Might just need tweaked a little more.

It was already tuned, but sometimes when Im WOT it hits the rev limiter before it shifts. How do we stop that?

It needs tuned down... A cheaper hand held programmer will do it, or have someone lower the shift points. Everytime I added more power, I noticed I had to lower the shift points to get the same shifts...
