Auto to Man Swap

I jsut had a guy come up to me and as if i wanted to swap him my stock 4 speed for his rebuild 6 speed. He wants it for the track and wants to put a stall in it. Igave him my number to talk with him a little more about it because i am insterested in this. i am wanting a 6 speed. What do i need to look for in his trans. He said it was rebuild in Arizona and he will look for the paperwork. How hard is it to do this swap. Any suggestions?

I don't think it is particularly hard, it just takes a while and there are a lot of parts you will need.

Redbird555 did this swap and he would know exactly what you have to do, I would talk to him. He also has a write-up in the manual transmission section.
