Just by going with the tons of research I have done I would go with a 3600. But to get a better idea I would call the makers of the cam TSP and the company you are getting the stall from.

You want to match up your convertor with your cam.

well you start to hit the meat of your tq right around 3800. so i would assume no less than a 3800 stall. i hear some flash around the stall rating so i would research where the different stalls flash and try and get one that will flash to no lower than 3800 rpms.

I would probably do a 3800 with a lockup since its your DD. I am not saying this is always the case, but most 4000 stalls and bigger that I am familiar with, usually don't lock up, meaning your RPMs will always stay up. I doubt you want that since its your DD. I have a 3800 in mine with a lockup and love it. If you can find a 4000 with a lock up, then I would say go for it. But at least 3800.

I'm gunna be in contact with peformabuilt to see what they can do for me. I'll be searching around to see if I can find a 4000 with lock up. So it's gunna be atleast a 3800 as of now
