Still chewing on my exhaust dilemna. Found these shorty headers on EBAY anyone no if they r any good?

Your stock manifolds flow just as well as shorty headers if not better. If your gonna spend the cash go long or save your cash for something else..

If Iput on the LTs can I also put a lowering kit on my car without worries of bottoming out on speed bumps and driveways?

yes, going with pacesetter LT's and you should be fine. They took underneath the car really well and lots of people have there rides lowered with them.
