y pipe
ok i have the factory LM1 cat back exhaust on my SS. i am ordering Kooks headers and y pipe. but ordering the y pipe there are options that fit to (stock outlet) or one that says it fits to (OFY). which one do i need? ordering of WS6 store

factory LM1? you mean factory SLP exhaust? if the exhaust is stock i believe its 2.5'' and you would opt for the stock option if you plan to keep the stock exhaust but if the exhaust is aftermarket you would opt for 3'' outlet to fit an aftermarket exhaust.

if its the LM1 its guna be 3'' outlet. call mark at kyspeed and ask him he should know

The OEM connection size is 2.75 inches and most catback use that size. So I think thats what you want.
Kinda sucks, right? I have a 3" ORY that necks down to 2.75" to connect to the 2.75" connection on my Borla catback which expands back up to 3".
If your current catback is connected to the stock ypipe then its connection is 2.75"

yeah I think thats still a 2.75" OEM connection
