XS stainless headers
Anyone got any info on XS stainless headers good or bad?

i have them. been on the SS for 11 months now and no issues for me. some people have issues with them tucking up to tight against the body, but i didnt. people also say their y-pipe is a PITA to install, but they didnt have a y-pipe when i bought the headers. i bought a 2-piece Pacesetter ORY and had it modified to fit them. install was very easy, and i cut off and welded shut the EGR provisions. i bought them last summer off EBAY when they were $299 + $40 for shipping. hell of a deal...click on the links in my sig to hear them and below are a few pics...

Ya the headers are great but they're y pipe sucks and doesn't really fit at all. All I ever read about there. I run XS lts and a TSP y pipe modified to fit. I got mine when they were $299 also. Honestly if you dont know an exhaust guy to possibly fix the y pipe I'd buy something different. The Jet Hott y pipe seems to fit the XS headers better than their own y pipe. Any way, this is what we had to do to mine:
