NBM- 2002 SS
What's the gatorback PN for my AC belt??
I had a pretty bad squealing coming from under the hood of my 2002 SS. Took off the accessory belt, still squealed, took off the AC belt and was all better. I spun the pulleys and nothing made a sound or felt like it wasn't moving freely. I'm thinking the tensioner for the AC belt is going, but before buying a new one and jackin up the ride I thought I'd try a gatorback belt.
I have an ASP 25% underdrive pulley and am not sure what size belt to get. I think with the underdrive I need a 37" belt for the AC... can anyone confirm that? I'm just guessing based off of the numbers I saw here. Would that mean I should get PN 4040370? That 0 for # of ribs seems a little sketchy.
If you've got the belt sizes let me know! It's nice and cold now so I'm not in a hurry to get AC working but it'll be good to know before it warms up again! Thanks!Last edited by dre02ss; 01-15-2010 at 09:16 AM.
