    Whats the difference?

    Alright so i was just wonder can u tell a difference between the ls6 intake manifold and the ls1 intake manifold? I would like to try to find a cheap on off of ebay but i dont want to get screwed and by another ls1 intake? sry if this question has already been answered im new here and havent found the answer yet.

    There are some people on this site that sell theirs when they get something like the FAST intake. Ebay is ok if you get a trustworthy seller.

    Just do a search for LS6 intake. You will find lots of info.

    The easiest way to to verify the part number. You can find it in the search.

    Also a factory GM LS6 does not have the hole up front for the EGR all LS1 intakes will have that hole.

    However, aftermarket LS6 like SLP can be ordered with the hole in it for the EGR so the only true way to tell the difference is by part number.

    Also the bottom of the intake looks different.
