What would cause your engine to idle rough?

That could be a long list of stuff to be honest.
Is your check engine light on?
Whats the condition of your plugs and wires?
Clean your maf with some maf cleaner
Check your air filter
Clean you IAC motor
How many miles and mods?

fouled plugs
wires
bad coils
fouled MAF
bad bellow
lid not on right
cheap gas
fuel filter
fuel pump
TB blade issues
fouled injectors
