What is Stock Fuel Pressure?

Mine is about 58 PSI at Idle and around 50 PSI at WOT. I ask because I am getting real crappy gas mileage. I only get about 15-16 miles per gallon on the highway compared to over 25 miles per gallon like it should. I know my old 97 Z-28 (m6) got over 25-26 MPG on the highway. My 01 WS6 is a 6 speed also. Could I be getting crappy MPG from my SES code? I have a P0420 and a P0300 code. I know the 420 code is saying my driver side cat is not working properly, I wasnt sure if it could be causing my sucky Gas Mileage. I am going to be swapping them (Cats) out soon, when I order the Dynatech LT System (w/High flow Cats). Would I hopefully get better Gas mileage? The 300 is random misfire, so I am swapping out my plugs tommorrow hopefully, to fix that code, I hope.

Could be the misfires. Could also be a clogged cat.
