I got the ftp 104 lid as well and the texas speed 102 maf. The TS maf is a little sensitive on the low end but it does work well

I have done an SD tune on my camaro and only played around with tuning the maf. My car runs pretty good with the SD tune. Went on a 200 mile trip and got 21 MPG. I just haven't had time to figure out the idle issue being rich. At idle it runs around. .89-.92 lambda.

Do you have any issues with hot starts with the sd tune?

I run the Fast Toys 104mm lid, the Fast Toys 100mm MAF and Nick Williams 102mm throttle body. And I got it all from
    ws6store.com

There're prices on almost everything are cheaper than anybody else.

Mike Kasar over there at ws6store is terrific.

No it starts right up with hot start. Its the cold start which takes it a couple of revolutions to get going but that might just be the can. G5x3 112lsa??? I haven't hand time to really mess around with it. If the engine is warm it starts right up.

You don't have to do that. The only reason to do that is if your sensor isn't in the lid which it is with the camaros and firebirds.

Use the accordian bellow off the stock setup. It works well for Camaro guys running the two filter Firebird Volant.

I am currently going through the steps to tune the Idle. (Idle Tuning How-To & Guide (w/pictures) - HP Tuners Bulletin Board)

It is working very well. Before i had a little surging at cold startup and now it starts right up like any other vehicle. A couple more cold starts and I should be there.
