Looks good the only thing i would add is a few 3" Band clamps unless your having the system welded. i would say 3 or 4 of them.

its a custom made system so they get to take care of all that

looks to me like you have the wrong gaskets. You don't want head gaskets, you want manifold gaskets.

exhaust gasket part number 12617944 you'll need 2. GMPartsdirect has them for $8 a piece. You can also use an adjustable freeze out plug for the intake manifold and save some dollars. I'll have to look up the size or do a search because I've listed it on here before. I think it's 1 3/8" but I'd have to look it up and you get it at any parts store.
You'll need a block off for the exhaust manifold also, I'll have to look those up too but thunder carries them. You can cut your own block off out of metal if you have the means. Just trace the egr tube onto a sheet of metal and cut it out then drill holes...whola....block off plate. You'll need a gasket for the egr port on the headers if your stock gasket is shot, those are graphite so it'll most likely flake all to hell on you when you pull it.
What are you doing about the a.i.r. system? Keeping it or getting rid of it because you'll need block offs and gaskets for that too. Give me a little while and I'll make a list up for you.

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
He got the race headers IIRC Orion, he shouldn't need a blockoff for anything except the EGR and he can use the plug like you mentioned. Good catch on the head gaskets

ahhh, I wasn't aware they were race style headers. Yup, just block off the intake, don't put head gaskets where the manifold gaskets go, and you should be good to go. The plug size is 1 3/8".

so the hex shape bolts are the right ones? N that's all the EGR block stuff I need just get the manifold gasket instead of the head gaskets?
