2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I have QTP SS LT headers and have absolutely no clearance problems...
Only do shorty's or mid's if you have to pass a visual exam come smog time and don't want to swap parts every 2 years. Otherwise it's no contest.

I wasn't aware pacesetter made mid length headers for the f-body. Got a link?

as far as dont do mids...... ive heard multiple times that the mac mids are some good headers. fall within 5hp of the longtubes and are much easier to install and tuck up much nicer. i just picked up a set used for $125 and im gonna clean them up, get them coated, pick up a y-pipe for $189 and call it a day. They also look to be equal length primaries or at least pretty close to it.

Well ive had 5 camaro's and ive pretty much done it all as far as bolt ons. Ive had Mid Tubes and goodluck with those, leaks from the flanges all the time, leaks from were it connects to there crappy Y pipe and doesnt matter what type of gaskets, how many of them, what type of bolts or washers they will leak constantly. Dont waist your money on those at all, there long tubes are a different story but id go with a different Y. Either way GL

Mids are decent but the Pacesetter "midtubes" are really shorties. I wouldn't waste my time or money on them.
