swapped intake, runnin' rough!

Hey guys,any thought? I just swapped on an ls6 intake,fired it up and its running real rough and really rich!! I also just installed 60lb injectors at the same time.

need tune for the inj. Get up with FROST on here he will get you setup.

So it wont even run half decent without a custom tune? I figured I could atleast drive it until I could get it tuned. Is this common for a minor intake swap?

Stock injectors are like 28 pounds. Your PCM has no clue that you swapped the injectors, so you are basically drowning the engine. I wouldn't run it until you get a tune as you do not want to wash down a cylinder.

I didn't bead a tune one I swapped to a LS6 just had the egr and crap deleted but I used the same injectors. If you jumped from factory to 60lb injectors that will make a big difference. I know on my mustang when I swapped injectors I had to install a different sampleing tube in my MAF. I know on my friends TA when he swapped injectors they had to retune the car to work with the new ones since his factory injectory were maxed out.

Ok,my tuner just called me back,yeah I'm an idiot! I thought I could atleast drive it but no!! He said the same thing you just did.Thanks for the input!!

I have a supercharger on it,and am planning on doing heads and cam in the future,so my tuner said I should just go ahead and get them,cause I'll need them anyways!!
