I got the green light from the lady to buy this. Waiting for it to come out and let other people buy and test it first.

I want one bad. Exotic performance has them for sale too, except it says out of stock so I am assuming, its all pre-order.

looks like shit...if it's not that much of an increase over the Fast, I'll get the Fast purely based on looks (and ability to be ported )

what do looks matter. and no its not really that ugly its more of a hemi inspired look but guess what its i dunno 350 dollar cheaper and may perform just a little bit better i rather take that than a grey expensive POS.. im just saying yah it can be proted but once you start getting bigger you start losing top end. im just sayin.....

I don't know what you're talking about I think the FAST looks ass ugly I think thats why most people get them painted when they get them... I think the SW will look much better especially with chrome... although I do agree with you about the STB I'm kind of scared... my LS6 barely clears...

I don't get it? you prefer the grey FAST look over the gloss black look of the StreetWarrior however you're going to personalize your FAST to the extent that you're taking off the fast emblem and painting it gloss black... I'm not trying to be a smart ass but what trait do you prefer about the fast that you find it better looking then the SW?

As I understand it the Street Warrior will not out perform the FAST.

So its not a two peice plenum? Thats one strike against them for sure.
What about the MAP sensor? Does it have the "upgrade" to have it locked in over the FAST??
Im kinda curious, even though I will never own one.370 CI - Twin 6766 Turbo - Jakes stage 5 4L80E - MWC 9" - Holley Dominator

ok ok so its not that great looking lol. but i RARELY post on this site cuz i rather watch and listen. but as for this new intake its been getting me anxious ive read the BluPrint for it and its seems it may out perform the fast. just based on the Blue print alone but nothing ever works as it should. and as for the stb clearance.. it wont clear its almost 1 inche bigger..thats what it says... im not the desinger soo this is all second hand knowledge so take it with a grain of salt....neways.. im shure there are ways around everything it cheaper. if it out performs it better. and im a pretty good welder soo im not worryed about that to much.

shit! well that sucks for me... I don't feel like taking my expensive STB out after one season... I wonder if there is enough clearance under the hood to have the STB shimmed... does anyone know of any problems with that? other then space between the STB and the hood...

The Street Warrior intake is supposed to build more power and torque earlier in the RPM range (off idle according to Starr) and will make power until around mid 6K RPM where the stock rev limiter is set. This intake is supposed to make the LS6 and LS6 based castings obsolete. This is for a stock cube, midrange cammed motor. The runner length is not going to support high RPM power. So guys running top-end cams won't like this intake manifold. If you need something that will make power past mid 6K RPM then you need FAST or a sheetmetal intake depending on your application.
Besides being a far better intake than the LS6 (Starr's claim), the Street Warrior is supposed to be a direct swap over to LS1, LS6, LS2, and Gen V archetecture. So we won't have the issues to deal with as in the FAST intake. And for those needing L92 ports, they are supposed to release a version of the Street Warrior for your application.

2 things to note about this intake:
1. It should outperform the LS6, but will not outperform the FAST.
2. I will be available around the same time we can achieve sustained fusion.
