So I started my LT header install this weekend, its going pretty good so far, have everything out including EGR, AIR, and Alt. just working on the motor mounts now.
Anyone have any tips for re-installing everything?
    thanks

With the motor mounts. You have to take off the base that's attached to the kmember. Once youre passed that and the headers are in; make sure you thread in by hand all the bolts to the motor mount while everything is loose.
Don't be like me and get 6 of the 8 bolts in and the last two holes won't align so you'd have to undo everything and redo it all over.

Any other questions let me know. I went through it last weekend

got a question i want to verify, why would you have to take off the pedastal mount attached to the k-member. Just curious, iam doing mine right now and i didnt take them off??? Once the 4 bolts are pulled from the motor the clamshell should slide right out

with the header out, i dont see any other way to do it, alt and air comp and bracket moved forward, gave me much more room, u-joint socket with extensions really hepled too, damn its tight in there. i just finished the mount install for both sides tonight, all went suprisingly well! its not all that bad
