which spark plugs

wat type of spark plugs are best for our cars? i see some denso iridiums online and some ngk platinum or ngk iridium..... wats the best to use for performance and mileage?

I have the NGK's myself. But the Delcos will work perfectly and last longer.

ngk tr5 or tr6 is what was recommended to me and i have a set that will be put on soon enough.

of all the plugs that i've used i think that the ngk tr55 would be the best for my stock motor, great throttle response but i cant remember if i used the iridium or the platinum, its that time again to tune it up so i'll check it out. either way the sharpness performance seems to wear off in about a week if you know what i mean...
