    SLP package

I am thinking about getting this setup from SLP. Under Car Cold-Air Induction Kit, High-Flow Air-Box Lid, F-Body Smooth Air Bellows, and K&N Air Filter.
Would this be good for 20-25 hp at the wheels? That is their claim but they are in business to make money.

I agree with NHRA on just getting the lid. That is a big hyped up claim with not much results for the money.

Gotcha. This is my first T/A. I have been a mustang guy for a long time. I know that the motors are different but I would have thought the K&N filter and CAI would be better than stock. I had CAI w/K&N filter installed along with dual flowmasters on my GT and Gained 13rwhp above stock. I noticed a lot more when I put my LT's though.

Depending on how much slp wants for the kit..might not be a bad deal. The cold air duct is kinda like the fast toys version, and a lid is a lid...plus a k&n is 50 bucks alone.

EDIT: Just looked up the price at summit....too expensive for what you get IMO. Plus the slp duct doesn't come with a block-off plate or anything....you'll need that if you have to drive through really bad weather or standing water. I'd say get the lid, the fast toys ram air if you want it and do the FRA mod.
