SLP LS6 Intake Mani/ EGR Delete

Does any one know the best thing to use to plug an SLP LS6 intake manifold? The EGR hole differs from the LS1, so I can't buy the usual 1 3/8" plug.

I know it sounds weird, but try putting a nickel in there. It fits perfectly.

Good idea.

It seems like a waste to have one of these only to plug the hole. Non EGR LS6intakes are all over the place, you could sell this one, and then buy a non-EGR one. You'd probably MAKE money by doing that, and help someone who wants a LS6 w/out having to delete EGR.

I'd offer to buy it from you too, if I was ready to do the intake swap. If I ever get around to it, I really hope I can find one of these used, because I don't want to delete the EGR.

I have a SLP LS6 intake with the EGR. Take off the bolt before you plug it. You should've took a pic with the bolt off instead of it being on there.
