    SLP lid installed

Just got my SLP lid today and installed it in less than 10 minutes. That's an easy mod. The design of the SLP is much better than the stock one. With the neck back further, the lack of fins/baffles, and the contour of this thing I can see why it would add more power. It also cleans the underhood up a bit.

Adding the lid made it noticeably more responsive when revving the engine. I could hear a slight whistle at first, but it went away after a while on its own. I'll be 'testing' the new lid's flow tomorrow when I go get new tires. Can't play today, it's raining.

Next comes the bump stop grind and TB P&P...

Ordered online, got it 3 days, installed it in 10 minutes. It goes on a bit differently from the stock one. It sits on, then slides back into the tabs where the stock one is loose enough to put in at an angle and set down. Easy install.

You got a good one. I prefer the SLP over all the other's as far as fitment goes.

I use a SLP one as well, I just like the logo because Fbodys go thru SLP for their parts in the SS,Firehawk models.

I have installed 2 lids, first on my friends which took half an hour. Then when I did mine a month later I already knew what to do.
