    Slp headers

What are some of the down falls with the Slp headers, besides ground clearance? I like slp's set up with the y-pipe and high flow cats. Its a dd and i need cats for it to be emissions legal. I was also looking at dynatech headers, but they don't come with cats only resonators. Any help would be great.

The clearance issues and the false claims in HP gains are the 2 big downfalls of SLP headers.

Are there clearance issues at stock height?

I think I have read where people at stock height have had clearance issues as well. I would avoid them all together honestly.

I have the slp setup and the only problem I have with it is that i wont be able to lower the car. Have not had any clearance problems with the factory ride height though.

Does anyone have this set-up. Its the ARH headers and catted y. Are they cats or just resonators?

SLPs also claim stainless but they get rusty as sh%t. Personally I think they suck.

Lower grade stainless (i.e. 409) will get some surface rust, but shouldn't rust thru. If you don't want any surface rust, get a better grade stainless or ceramic coat them.
