Safe to run Stock headers + Stock y pipe only?

So I just got upstairs from messing with my exhaust, I was about to start putting in my magnaflow but I wanted to see how headers + y pipe sounded, both are stock but the y pipe ends at the normal spot where it connects to the i pipe.

Holy crap it sounded nice and I was thinking will it cause harm to the tranny or driveshaft from all the heat? I was wanting to maybe run it for a lil, who cares if I get pulled over, as long as it's safe on the car.

I want to run it until I get lts, so maybe for a couple days until I get them ordered.

If you are talking about stock manifolds, with stock cats and stock y with the i pipe and muffler disconnected, youll be fine. My buddy daily drives his like that, i think its been a year. It can be a bit dronny in the cabin, but for the most part it sounds good. Dont worry, it wont hurt anything as far as heat, thats were it was ran from the factory anyways. At school one of our test mules is an 01 auto. SS, and with that exhaust set up, we saw 15 rwhp over stock on the dyno.
