    raspy exhaust note

well after my heads/cam swap for some reason the raspy tune got magnified times 2 i havent touched the catback that came with the car its a magnaflow, before i go spend some dough on a cat-back.... borla or corsa would be a good pick but i cant justify the price for it, true duels also not an option as my car sits to low what options do i have

A head and cam swap will alter the sound. I'm betting it sounds better but anywho, you could put a bullet muffler in the I pipe.

i had a magnaflow catback and after i cammed my car it rasped away all too much for my taste.
no need to get a whole catback, just switch out the muffler for a hooker aero chamber.
    rasp problem solved.
