ram air T/A Cut out?
ok so my buddy just got a 99 red A4 T/a, and he hit a deer so there was some money left over from when they fixed his car back so he got the good ol sexy ram air hood. but he said it was cut out so that the air flows directly into the engine. it already has K&N and an exaust job, but how much better does it make the car when its cut out? i'm planning on getting a T/a in the next year at least. (gotta end highschool w/ a 3.0 ) and im tryin to find out the first mods i want to do(if i dont get a ws-6) thanks again

is everything else such as the y-pipe and cats that came with it supposed to fit without mods?
in other words, without a hassle
